Erik Ulven has been involved in real estate since 2012. He first worked in property management in college, working his way up to being the Property Manager of 80 units his entire senior year. After graduating, he began investing in real estate and managing his own rental properties. He uses his investor knowledge and experience to find the best real estate deals for other investors and anyone looking for equity.
