Final closing price of $175,000.00 or higher in a legal real estate transaction and minimum 3% commission going to Erik Ulven as your agent automatically qualifies for a guitar donation.
All other transactions below $175,000.00 and/or less than 3% commission to Erik Ulven qualify for a monetary donation of .1% of the final closing price. Example: $150,000 closing price qualifies for $150 donation.
Transactions do not qualify until all closing documentation is signed and funds are transferred as determined by Erik Ulven and/or the title company involved in the transaction.
Qualifying transactions must take place in the state of Florida and specifically any location Erik Ulven is allowed to represent a buyer or seller granted by any license or association Erik Ulven is affiliated with.
All donations must go to a qualifying non-profit organization or music program. The final say of where the donation goes is determined by Erik Ulven or a representative of Erik Ulven.
The said guitar to be donated is to be an electric guitar built in Daytona Beach, Florida by Sunland Guitars & Music. Final say in style of guitar, or any other specifications, is to be decided by Sunland Guitars & Music or a representative of said business or Erik Ulven.
Erik Ulven is known to gift guitar related products to his clients at the closing of real estate transactions. These gifts are not guaranteed nor guaranteed to be given at the time of closing.
This promotion is scheduled to end at 11:59 PM EST on December 31, 2021. Erik Ulven can end the promotion at any time, for any reason as long as it hasn’t already been promised or agreed upon within a specific transaction.
